Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry or intake form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, business stage, the package you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record that you agreed to be contacted.

We use this only to reply to your inquiry, discuss your project, and keep a record of our conversation. A copy is emailed to our team so we can respond. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Website event tracking

On some pages, including Travel Desk, we record simple first-party events: page views, how far you scroll (25, 50, 75 and 100 percent), which buttons you click, and whether you start or send the form. We also save the campaign tags in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).

Events are tied to a random session identifier stored in your browser for that visit only. We do not record your name, email or IP address with these events, and we do not share them with advertising platforms. We use them to understand which pages and campaigns are useful.

Storage and retention

Inquiries and events are stored securely with our hosting provider and are only accessible to authorized ThornBush staff. We keep inquiries as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping needs, and event data for up to 24 months.

Your choices
